In brief, Aurora Bookkeeping & Consulting was established in 1995 (as ABC Services) in Anchorage, Alaska with one client [that we still have today] and have been responsible for providing outstanding bookkeeping & consulting services ever since.

Our specialty is QuickBooks Online. With the advance of cloud technology we are focusing on ways to make the financial recording part of your business seamless and up to the moment.

We are located in Fredericksburg, Texas with clients in both Texas and Alaska.

I'm Michael McClellan

I am Michael McClellan, Owner of Aurora Bookkeeping & Consulting.  I am Advanced Certified in QuickBooks Online and look forward to assisting you so you can focus on what you do best - your business. Our specialty is QuickBooks Online.  With the advance of cloud technology, we are focusing on ways to make the financial recording part of your business seamless and up to the moment. I am proud to have Aurora Bookkeeping & Consulting selected as an inaugural  Top 50 Accounting Services Practice by Woodard in June of 2023.

As a intuit QuickBooks Advance Online Certified ProAdvisor I can offer you services that go beyond the basics without costing you more.

As a ProAdvisor I can provide many software solutions with the package pricing or I can usually offer you a la carte solutions at a discount.

 QuickBooks Online has delivered major improvements with the bank feed, a tool to speed posting, reconciliations, and reporting. Dext Prepare with the automated posting of receipts and invoices has further accelerated this trend by improving the gathering of documents, automating the data extraction of expenses & accounts payable, and automating the categorization (coding) of transactions.

We include this in all of our Service Levels.

Now you or your managers can approve your company's bills from anywhere without having to wait on getting back to the office to go through stacks of papers.

We'll assist you in the "Rules Setup" so everyone sees only the information they need online to do their part.

You can then have Veem pay the vendors or continue on with your regular process.

We include this in our Platinum Level Service. You can add this feature to the Gold Level at an additional monthly fee.
